The hidden jewel that we hope does not stay hidden for long. Chef Carlos leadership and culinary devotion display graciously on every dish he creates. We pick the Chef's selection in the menu paired with wines and did not disappoint. He's approaching to food is simple: quality fresh ingredients treated with respect and talent. Wines select from small boutique wineries ensure a well thought pairing. What's makes it more interesting is every dish have a local tangible ingredient in it who takes it to the next level.
