I have known chef María for many years, since she started to cook at the Urdin Restaurant, Condado. She is a marvelous chef. She combines the creol taste with the spaniel taste, with a touch of elegance, as in French cuisine. If you are looking for good food and good service, this is an excellent choice. It is not located at a fancy neighborhood, but who cares.

El arroz con calamares excepcional. Short ribs, merluza a la Romana en su punto. El mamposteao de habichuelas frescas único. El lugar es precioso y las atenciones muy genuinas. Comimos seis con 6 aperitivos, postres y las selecciones antes descritas. El precio muy razonable aproximadamente $42.00 por persona. Gracias Maria por establecerte en tu hermoso restaurant.
