A fantastic addition to the San Juan food scene. Inventive, well executed dishes with friendly yet refined service. The menu is focused and offers approachable dishes that are different than anything else on island. Thoughtful pricing allows for Vianda to be a regular neighborhood spot vs just a special occasion experience. The dining room is comfortable and the bar and wine service were extremely professional. The wine list carries some very good options, again that vary from the rest of the mainstream expensive options in PR. Carrot and beet salad was delicious, ricotta toast with squash needed salt but was nicely prepared. Beautiful pasta and for the mains, spicy broth with perfectly cooked cod and a vegetarian option of eggplant au poive. Dessert was two small cakes with coconut cream that reminded me of a super high end Twinkie. Highly recommended.

They were wonderful. Server to please. The food was spot on. The cocktails are tasty. The food invites you to enjoy each dish. Dessert wow... The owners and chef were awesome. They went out of their way to greets us. � The waitresses knew everything on the menu and it was helpful for us to choose our food and drinks. I will be back.

Modern and beautiful. Amazing service and the food was out of this world. We tried every single item on the menu and they were all fantastic. Absolutely recommend it to everyone.

Insanely good food and excellent service! Chef Stephen whipped up some delectable dishes for a very picky group. We had a vegetarian, Non dairy gluten free and a non dairy diner and we all left very satisfied. I will remember this meal so far from home for a very long time����� you get 5 hearts too!! �

Todo estuvo espectacular!!! Empezando con el pan de batata, seguido de la serenata de bacalao, almojábanas, hanger steak y para terminar el mud pie! Claro todo esto acompañado del trago Romero Apasionado...Divinoooo

Fuimos por Puerto Rico Restaurant Week y volveremos para probar el menú regular. Recomiendo el Pork Belly con apio (el apio está increíble), Agnolotti de Calabaza, ambos postres (Mud Slide y Bien Me Sabe) y probar uno de los tragos!

Tremenda experiencia! La comida estuvo sabrosa (resalta lo fresco de los produtos), el drink recomendado (Romero Apasionado) estuvo espectacular, el servicio muy bueno y el lugar muy bonito.

Loved it. I suggest you make reservations. Great bar service and nice house cocktails. Food is great; from the complementary bread to the Almojábanas, to the Tom Ka bacalao. Just great.
