I truly love this place ❤️Great atmosphere, delicious food and great drinks and cocktails ( you can not beat the happy hour prices too! ) Make sure you try one of chef Fabio's specials which will get your senses straight to Italy 👍 ( I had great selection of tapas and the best risotto ever!) Awesome spot as well to look at amazing sunsets as the view is to die for! I Highly recommend 👍👍👍 and Can't wait to come back!
We stumbled across this adorable place that was listed as "hot and new" on Yelp. This is our first time here in PR and being of Italian descent, I was surprised to see a lot of Italian named places here and wasn't sure how authentic they would be. This place is legit! The owner Fabio is a true chef originally from Milan and his adorable wife is Puerto Rican. They have a unique concept of an Italian-Puerto Rican infusion. It was a perfect place to stop for happy hour which consisted of Spritz Mojitos, Negronis and a properly prepared italian meat & cheese plate. Spritz' are one of my favorite Italian drinks and so I was excited to see this unique twist on a classic. They even shared the recipe and showed me how to make it when I asked. A true gem!

The first day we arrived in San Juan we went for a walk around the old city. As we were walking some umbrellas with Aperol written on them caught my boyfriend's eye. This appealed to him being from Croatia and it reminded him of home. We decided to come back later and have a drink. We came back around dinner time and met Fabio the owner. We heard his unique story of how he moved from Italy to the U.S. and was an executive chef for many years in Florida where he met his Puerto Rican wife Jesllian and they decided to move to Puerto Rico and open a place of their own. Jesllian is the bartender and Fabio is the chef. Truly the perfect duo! They have a small menu with an array of Italian meats, cheeses, Paninis, and 2 entrees of the day which change daily. There is a chalkboard outside where they write their daily specials. We decided to eat there after hearing their story and immediately took a liking to the cool atmosphere they had created. That night we had one of the specials the seafood risotto with clams and mussels. Now my boyfriend has run his family restaurant right outside Italy for many years and is extremely particular when it comes to Italian cooking but Fabio's risotto was authentic Italian done right and absolutely delectable. Fabio puts heart and soul into his cooking and has a true gift. We came back several other times over our stay and every meal was amazing from the slow roasted pork shoulder and truffle cheese plate to knocchi in his homemade tomato sauce everything no matter how complicated or simple all had one thing in common all delicious. Miss you Fabio and Jesllian! We can't wait to return.

What a wonderful find! We had our destination wedding in San Juan, PR and on July 1st we hosted welcome cocktails for our guests. Fabio and Jesllian were such a pleasure to work with and everyone had a wonderful time! We reserved the space for a few hours and had an open bar as well as cold cut and fruit platters that Fabio made in the kitchen day-of. The food was amazing, the cocktails were amazing, and even though we had a torrential storm right as all our guests arrived, we had such a wonderful time! Everyone loved it and we barely left. Thank you so much Fabio and Jesllian! You helped us start our wedding weekend the best way possible!
Todo lo referente al VSJ. Me encanta, es algo mágico que me fascina. Caminar por sus calles, admirar los adoquines , ir a La Bombonera a desayunar. Etc, etc.
La mejor de las experiencias... Ambiente tranquilo, tremenda vista, la comida que btw son tapas (picadera) buenisima nos encanto exito!!!
You gotta try the food here... simply amazing! It's one of those places where you want more. Love the friendly staff and relax environment.

Amazing views, decor, food, cocktails and service. It's a timeless, romantic italian cocktail restaurant/aperitivo overlooking San Juan Bay near Capilla del Cristo and one of the world's smallest buildings. Do not miss this jem in Old San Juan. It's an instant classic!
