This seafood restaurant = Cayo Blanco - is absolutely excellent! The menu (on the facebook page) is quite varied and includes some traditional Puerto Rican dishes as well. I had the shrimp mofungo (shrimp in a delicious sauce served in a nest of fried and mashed plantain) and was delighted with the delicate mix of flavours and textures. The chef and staff also dealt superbly with my husband's allergies and dietary needs. They took the stress out of eating out with an allergy. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The waiter provided some excellent descriptions of the menu items to us, and I overheard him doing the same to other tables. Cayo Blanco is better, in my view, than the oft-recommended Oceano (which is far too noisy as well); the food and the service (as well as the prices) at Cayo Blanco were far, far better. It is located directly across from the Condado Vanderbilt Hilton. It is small, so it can be easy to miss. But I hope that you don't miss it, because you will have missed a truly excellent dining experience.
Great food. Excellent service. our waiter Andrew made it very comfortable and suggested the perfect meal to end or trip on. He made the best drinks that my friends and I enjoyed as we tasted diffident items on the menu we ordered.
Cayo Blanco has killer mojitos! My husband found the seafood to be fresh and well prepared. They were kind enough to create a vegetarian dish for me. Our thanks for wonderful evening go out the the Chef and wait staff.
Honestly the best restaurant I've been to, hands down! In PR for vacay and stopped in one eve to check out menu and made a Rez for next eve. Arrived a bit early for glass for Vino and Alex and Michael were so very welcoming and allowed us to try any wine prior to ordering. We sat for dinner and were given great suggestions. Ordered the shrimp on avocado and it was delightful. Main course I requested my filet well done and was a bit skeptical. It came out and I've not been more excited about a meal! Well done filet and humongous prawns were done to absolute perfection. Please please stop here if you're on the north side of PR. Service and food were simply amazing.
Amazing food and service. I had the lobster tail and my boyfriend had the snapper. Everything was excellent from the appetizers to dessert. Our waiter was very helpful and hospitable. Probably the best food we had during our stay in Puerto Rico.
I had amazing time. The house DJ and the waiter made my experience so memorable! My bridal party had a blast and the food was super tasty. I had the stuff mofogo with beef and shrimp.

The fish and shrimp was made to perfection with the right amount of seasoning. The only downside is that the food takes like 30 minutes to be served. This is now my spot anytime I'm in PR
This is a spectacular restaurant, the food, mojitos are delicious and the people are friendly and attentive. One problem is the parking. You have to park early or use the private parking which I believe are pricey, but it was worth it. Enjoy because I am definitely returning.
Excellent food and excellent service from our waiter Alex. We had a couple different items from the Tapas menu. All were excellent but the empanadas were a real standout.
Awesome food. Wonderful staff. The whole fried red snapper is amazing. And the avocado habanero hot sauce should be sold in markets!
Excelente!!!! La comida deliciosa, ambiente calido y la atencion fue espectacular!! Muchas gracias al Chef Carlos por sus detalles y a todo su equipo por su excelente servicio!
Alex, Mike and Denisse know how to make one feel at home. Hands down best seafood in Condado!
