This place was an incredible surprise and easily one of our group's favorite meals in Old San Juan. From the street, it's hard to tell all that lies inside. I highly recommend popping up to their second floor - it's got a gorgeous bar and a fun, historic feel to it. Several in our group wanted to move in - we loved the decor so much! ;) The service was great and the pizza blew our minds! Very creative yet classic flavors with a crust that would have been satisfying enough to eat on its own. Thank you Eduardo and team for your hospitality, we will be back!
Myself and 9 other attendees of #ROCKtreatPR had the ultimate Pirilo experience. I had been to this Old San Juan location 3 years previous and never forgotten their pizza or signature sangria topped with crushed almonds, so was happy this place was on our list of must-do's for our most recent visit to PR. Eduardo and his staff took such good care of us and the variety of original pizzas we sampled left us impressed, happy...and full for days! LOL! The atmosphere is super rustic and fun and adds to the entire experience! Thank you Pirilo Rustica! You will be a return stop each time I visit your beautiful island!

This pizza is so delicious! I love the appetizers, the pizza options and their delicious Sangria! Yes, there is wait. What is there to expect of a place that makes amazing food? Get there early, go on the waiting list and stroll around San Juan, it's worth it.

La mejor pizza que eh probado y las setas rellenas de queso manchego y bacon no tienen precio, el servico la mayoría de las veces bueno aunque ayer se tardaron varias veces con los refrescos y uno está medio ahogado pero en lo demás perfecto como siempre!
Fantastic! Went here for pizza. It was amazing! The staff was so helpful, nice & attentive. Food was delicious. Silly side note: it was my birthday. And I went back to my hotel while they were preparing a birthday treat for me. I didn't know they were doing that. When they saw I had left, they went to my hotel & sang me 'Happy Birthday' at my room and hand delivered a sweet treat. I was blown away by their generosity. The dessert was delicious. And so unexpected. The pepperoni pizza was really really good (crisp, chewy & yummy). We also started with an appetizer of fried rice & beans. Reminiscent of Sicilian arancini. So good! One of the best meals we had in Old San Juan. Can't wait to go back! Thanks for the birthday love! Xoxo
