Where do I even begin to describe how amazing Roots is??? First, you walk in to be greated by a beautiful beach babe who is more than happy to show you to a table or escort you to the bar. The location is prime for Rincon and the ambiance is something straight out of NYC. The house made natural juices are a must especially in one of their world famous "tequila mojitos"! The menu is spectacular, everyone is sure to find something they like (even the pickiest of eaters). The main attraction however is the specials menu! Toni and his amazing team create the most intoxicating flavors that keep us coming back at least twice a week. My girl friends and I chose Roots for all of our special occassions like birthdays and you should to. No matter the size of your party you are sure to have an amazing time at Roots. PS... Theres also BRUNCH!!!! ☀️🤤🥂

Excellent in food, ambiance and service! I did my birthday party this year at Roots the location is fantastic. The owners and staff gave the 110% on everything. The bartenders were profesional and attentive all the time. It was the best party of the year I couldn't done it with out them! Roots Bar Bistro Rocks!
Love this place for sure . I'm a local and if hungry or not hungry . This would be a great place to hang and just chilll . Great ambiance!!!! Salad is killer with tuna !!!! Omg and the lamb chops with homemade mash potato w asparagus !!! Killed it ! 😘

The service was phenomenal. Allison was extremely helpful with our allergy issues she spoke to the chef multiple times to make sure we were safe with our choices. Plus shes a amazing wine condesour! Food was also great we will be back.

We love the people, drinks, and food, which makes it one of our go to places. Service is always friendly and prompt, we love speaking with all of the staff. Our noodles last night were super flavorful and exactly what we wanted. Great job and thank you always!
