Refreshing to find world class beers on this island. In a land where skunky beer in green bottles and yellow beer made from cane sugar seem to be the norm, Ocean Lab is an Oasis. The brewer Jose is not only a highly skilled brewer but a heck of a nice guy. The food is great and this place hosts some top notch concerts.
20 minute Uber ride from cruise port to Ocean Lab Brewing co. Well worth the effort. In this part of the world, Artisan beer or craft beer as we call it, is few and far between. Great stout and IPA both great choices. Will definitely return next time in Puerto Rico. These guys are my hero's for starting a brewery in the land of the mass produced corporate beer.
Great fresh beer with an outstanding variety of different brews! But don't miss the food! Upscale bar food that pairs perfectly with the brew. Try the short rib tacos. They'll blow your mind!
Great spot to enjoy a craft beer! They have seven different beer “pale ale” the best choice
I ubered from Intercontinental ($3.50). Sat at the bar. Tried a few beer selections. I enjoyed the pale ale the best. I had the lobster Mac. Pretty good. I met the one of the manager and he took us to the back and showed us all their new beer making equipment. Great experience.
Hard to to find good beer in Puerto Rico this place is an oasis in a land devoid of craft beer.
Loved it.
Beautiful place, great ambiance, awesome beer, great food and warm service. Beer was very well priced and even the food as well, considering it's in the heart of a tourist zone. All in all a great experience. We'll be back for sure.
P.S. Blood Orange Blonde is definitely the bomb!!!!!
Good craft beer, good upscale bar food and an ocean view! Service is a little slow, but it’s busy and we aren’t in a hurry!
